Community Update: 5-1-2026 Budget information
NCS Community,
As we conclude the week, a few reminders/dates regarding the NCS 26-27 school budget:
-On Wednesday, May 6th the 2026-27 NCS School Budget Hearing will be held at 6:00 PM in the HS Library Conference Room. Details of the 26-27 proposed school budget will be presented to the public, along with opportunity for questions from attendees.
-On Tuesday, May 19th, the NCS Budget Vote will be held from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM in the High School Library. Propositions include the 26-27 school budget and the Naples Village Library Budget. Naples Board of Education seats and Naples Village Library seats will also be on the ballot.
-We're experiencing printing delays beyond our control, so the distribution of our annual budget newsletter will be delayed beyond our original expectations. We understand the importance of providing this information promptly and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. Please be assured that we are working closely with our printing vendor to ensure the newsletters are delivered to residents via mail as soon as possible.
