In addition to having fun during Homecoming week, the Jr. Class focuses on two major fundraising activities that are also great events for students to attend.  Those are the February Dance and the Prom (April or May).  Money raised through these events is used to offset the expenses for students participating in special activities during senior year.

The Juniors also assist in the Sr. Parent Banquet (we are the waiters and waitresses) and at graduation. Any Juniors wishing to assist with the events above, please contact the class advisor.

National Honor Society (NHS) was established to "recognize outstanding high school students." The NHS is "more than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character." These four core values are the criteria for selection into this organization and the foundation on which the service activities of the group are built. Students are eligible for consideration during their junior and senior years of high school. Students may be considered if they have an cumulative GPA of 90% or higher. Community Service is an integral part of the consideration process.
